Payment Options

We work with our patients to accommodate the financial needs they may have when obtaining treatment from our office.  We accept most Ohio Medicaid managed care plans, Medicare, and some private insurances. We also have an affordable cash payment option with discounts for those who qualify.

Psychologist Session

Cash Payment 

We also offer a cash payment option. When enrolling without insurance coverage, here are the fees expected:

Intake: $75.00

 Methadone Treatment: $14.50 per day

Suboxone Treatment: $25.00 per day

There is a form that patients can complete to adjust these amounts based on income and household size.

*These fees cover the treatment program. This price includes therapy sessions, medication, drug screens, and visits with our provider.

Support Group Meeting

All patients have the right to freedom from discrimination for receiving services on the basis of an individual’s inability to pay; whether payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or Insurance; the basis of race, ethnicity, age, color, religion, gender, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a parent, physical or mental handicap, developmental disability, genetic information, human immunodeficiency virus status, or in any manner prohibited by local, state, or federal laws.

 

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income.
